What Coaching Looks Like
Once a week you meet with your coach for an hour session.

You decide on your goals and present them each week.
​
Your coach helps break down and prioritize what to do to achieve the desired goal.
​
You can meet in person at our office or online via zoom.
Example Goals:

Resolving conflict around doing the the dishes

Improving the sensory experience around the house

Getting siblings to stop fighting and resolve their issues

Getting the kid to school on time

Figuring out how to support my kid get a job

Resolving an issue from our past that keeps popping up
